Are you at home on the water?
From three sales offices, two distribution centers, more than 75 filling stations and with more than 60 of its own tankers, OK Oliecentrale supplies companies throughout the Netherlands with fuels, lubricants and related fluids on a daily basis. We do this with some 500 experienced and driven employees, with a heart for our customers and an eye for detail. We also operate on and around the water in the distribution of lubricants and fuels.
Consequently, for our OK Marine division, we are looking for a:
Manager Marine
Location Lelystad
As Manager Marine, you will be responsible for the entire fleet, including the skippers, office and logistics staff. Both in the field of fuels (bunker vessels and pleasure craft) and lubricants (mainly ‘just-in-time’), as well as the maintenance of our fleet, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business in cooperation with your colleagues, and you will know how to identify and take advantage of growth opportunities.
You:
- Have an HBO+ working and thinking level with a technical background
- Has affinity with and/or experience in the maritime industry
- Has knowledge of fuels and/or lubricants
- Have leadership qualities
- Are communicative, social and analytical
- Are commercially minded
The feature:

Together you ensure a growing market share in the maritime sector, whereby you yourself also (pro-)actively approach and visit customers and create opportunities based on thorough analyses. You ensure that existing customers want to stay committed to us by serving them optimally. In addition, you identify opportunities and know how to respond to them effectively and efficiently. You will report to management.
